Rasoi II Restaurant: Authentic Indian and Chinese Cuisine in Iselin, NJ

I went there for lunch today and was highly satisfied. The food was fresh and extremely flavorful. The staff was very friendly and professional. I even appreciated their fully stocked bar which had a very nice variety to choose from. I'd definitely return and suggest this to others.

The food was great! We ordered the Rasoi Chicken Special and Shrimp Vindaloo with a side of Garlic Naan. The vindaloo could’ve had more shrimp, but the chicken was very filling (enough for leftovers!) and both were tasty. The five stars are for customer service. We had an issue with Uber Eats, and long story short, the staff at Rasoi went out of their way to ensure we were still able to enjoy a delicious dinner. We were fans of the Jersey City location, and since we moved closer to Woodbridge, we’ll definitely be ordering again!

They have a great selection of Indian dishes. Seating is comfortable too. Prices are reasonable too. Taste is great. Servers are very friendly.

This was a very good recommendation for quality Indian cuisine. My mom, her friends, and all enjoyed the experience here. Though many of us weren’t big on spicy foods, the waiter was very kind to help us through the menu to cater to each persons needs. The mango lassi is thick but bursting in flavor! Pretty much enticing already has a sprinkle of spice in it, but the flavors are amazing! We enjoyed everything we ate spicy or not. We’ll definitely be returning for more.

Good food and reasonably priced. We got “medium” spice level- of the 4 dishes we received only 1 had spice to it. Still the dishes were very good. 1 Taj Mahal beer was expired- when this was brought to the attention of the waiter it was brushed off. We finished our meal and while waiting for dessert, our used plates stayed on the table. Water was not refilled. Overall- good food but some details like refilling water and bussing the table were overlooked.

This is on the largely Indian Oak Tree Blvd in Iselin (Edison) NJ. They have a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. A fairly large buffet and reasonable prices. We went for there for a tasting for a wedding catering and enjoyed the experience. As excepted, some dishes were better than others, but overall the food was good.

Food was delicious and the red onion chutney is the best. Service was great. Taste better dining in than take out in my opinion

The catering for our wedding was absolutely incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with top-notch quality—nothing was compromised. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and we were so impressed by the attention to detail and consistency throughout the event. Rinku Uncle was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was professional, approachable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his guidance and support throughout. The entire team was attentive and ensured everything ran perfectly. We are beyond grateful for such a delicious and memorable dining experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering!
